  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but already billed periods are non-refundable unless required by law.

The Company is not responsible for decisions or results based on AI recommendations, nor for absolute accuracy of AI-processed data. Final decisions remain the client's responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, designs and materials on the AIOS website are Company property and protected by intellectual property laws.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

AIOS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIOS is not liable for direct or indirect damages, business interruption, data loss or issues arising from third-party websites linked from our platform.

9. Service Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to Spanish courts.
